Albatross Hotel Sustainability Policy
While welcoming guests with a boutique service approach across 7 rooms, our hotel has made it a core principle to protect nature, respect local culture and leave a more liveable world to future generations.
Our Commitments
Environmental impact: We will use technological solutions (aerators, LED lighting and the like) to minimise our water and energy consumption, and separate our waste at source.
Local economy: We will support the regional economy by giving priority in our supply chain to local producers and tradespeople.
Wildlife: We will adopt eco-friendly practices in our garden and pool, and protect biodiversity.
Human rights and employment: We will offer our staff a fair working environment and instil a sense of sustainability in our team. We will allow no discrimination and will look after children’s rights and vulnerable groups.
Cultural heritage: By introducing our guests to the historical and cultural riches of our region, we will help preserve this heritage.
